The Jumping Hopper was first given away in 1995 and reappeared in 1999. The hopper is made of rubber and sits normally in a dome shape. But (and this is the fun bit) when you want it to hop, you turn it inside out (like the one on the left). Less then a minute later the rubber pops back in the right way around, causing the hopper to leap off the surface it is on.
