With thanks to Peter Hansen for this, Buster's Balloon Bleeper was the very first free gift given away with the comic. The idea here is that you blow the balloon up, and as the air comes out it whistles.

Additionally, the balloon has a picture of Buster on it with the words Buster's Bleeper.
