The Story

Mr Ware has put up his new calendar and it has a motto on it saying how A New Broom Sweeps Clean. Inspired by those words, Mr Ware decides to start the new year with a brand new broom, and begins to sweep around the school. But very soon bristles fall off of the broom and he has to vaccum them up.

But when they're hoovered up the bristles puncture the hoover bag and Mr Ware gets dust in his eyes. He stumbles into a pile of chalks and dust goes everywhere.

Meanwhile, Headteacher and the kids are arriving at school expecting it to be nice and clean and promising to try and keep it that way. But as they walk in they see Mr Ware stamping on his new calendar surrounded by dust and dirt.

Notes
